Every question you ask Chat, and everything Enzo does for you: notes, briefs, follow-ups, the inbox and routines. Dictation, meeting recording and speaker names never count, on any plan.
Your allowance runs over a 5-hour session, which starts with your first question, and over the week. Reach a limit and Enzo shows when it resets.
On Plus and Pro, notes, briefs and follow-ups have a daily budget of their own, so they never use up your questions. On Free they share the week, up to half of it.
High effort has a weekly share of its own. When it runs out, Enzo answers at Medium until the week turns.
No. Your history stays on your Mac: recordings, transcripts, chats, voice profiles and Recall are never synced or backed up, and transcription runs on your Mac, so audio never leaves it. When you ask Chat a question, or ask for notes, a title or a brief, Enzo sends the question and only the context it needs, chosen on your Mac from the sources you allow, through Enzo’s service to an AI provider. The service does not keep your questions, the context or the answers, and the provider keeps them only briefly to check for abuse. Notes after every meeting send transcripts when they are on, which they are from the start; you can turn them off.
No. Enzo records the meeting from your Mac’s own audio, so it works with Zoom, Meet, Teams, FaceTime and other calling apps without inviting a bot.
Recall is off until you turn it on. It keeps the apps, window and document titles and the readable text on your screen, encrypted on your Mac, and deletes it after 30 days unless you choose another period. It never keeps a screenshot archive. You can pause it, exclude apps and sites, and delete what it kept at any time.

Start it from Enzo, in Settings, Plan. Checkout asks for a card and charges nothing today. Plus is yours for 14 days, then your card is charged unless you cancel before the trial ends. Each person can try Plus once. Pro has no trial.
Yes. In Enzo, open Settings, Plan, Cancel plan. Your plan stays until the end of the period you paid for, then you are on Free. Paying yearly gets you two months free. Your recordings and history stay on your Mac on every plan.
Yes. A free Enzo account signs you in, applies your plan and measures your AI usage across your Macs. Sign in with Apple, Google or a code sent to your email. The account holds no recordings or history.
Chirp keeps working on your Mac, but it won’t get any more updates. Enzo is a new app that starts fresh: it doesn’t bring over Chirp’s recordings, settings or license. If you bought Chirp, look out for an email from us.
About 630 MB of speech models, which stay on your Mac: about 520 MB for dictation and 110 MB more for meetings. Turning on Recall adds 330 MB for searching it by meaning. Chat runs in the cloud, so it downloads nothing.
