Press your recording key, or let Enzo start when a call begins in Zoom, Teams, FaceTime, Slack and other call apps, and stop when it ends.

Open the meeting’s chat for the notes: what was asked of you and what you promised. Ask for a follow-up email from there.

People, known by voice
Who said what, worked out entirely on your Mac.
Enzo separates the voices in a meeting and names the people it knows. Click a speaker’s name to say who it was, and Enzo learns their voice. It matches by how a voice sounds, never by name, and asks rather than guesses when it isn’t sure.

How does Enzo hear the other side of a call?
Through macOS System Audio access, which you allow once. Enzo records your microphone and the sound coming out of your Mac, so it works with any call app, with no plugins or integrations.
Can it record without me remembering to?
Yes. Choose it under Meeting recording in Recording settings, and Enzo starts when a call begins in Zoom, Teams, FaceTime, Slack and other call apps, then stops when it ends.
How does Enzo know who’s speaking?
By how each voice sounds, worked out on your Mac. Name someone once and Enzo knows them in later meetings. It never guesses a name: a voice it isn’t sure of keeps a neutral label until you say who it is.
What leaves my Mac?
Never the audio. Transcription and speaker names happen on your Mac. To write notes, the transcript goes to Enzo’s cloud AI: after every meeting while notes are on, as they are from the start, otherwise only when you ask.
Does it work offline?
Recording, transcription and speaker names do. Notes and Chat need a connection.
Is meeting recording free?

Should I tell people I’m recording?
Yes. No bot announces Enzo, so it’s up to you, and in many places the law requires everyone’s consent. Say so at the start of the call.
Can I get the transcript out?
Yes. Copy any transcript with its speaker names and paste it wherever you need.
